I’ve got FOUR Raleigh blogs to share with you this week!

And you can follow me on Bloglovin’, that’s were I keep track of all of you. At our last SEO meeting, we learned the value of commenting on blog posts including your web address, a great way to get a link back when offering support to other bloggers. I’m seeing many more comments since on Vend Raleigh- that’s exciting! Be sure to hop over to some of the blogs below and leave them some support or a thanks for sharing!
I love a behind the scenes post and I’m pretty sure I’m going to move over to Heather’s house now after seeing this creative work space on Hedoe Precious Paper‘s site in her post Office Renovation Part 1! What is your work space like? That topic makes great content for your site and I’d love to have you blog for Vend Raleigh on this, too! (Please note the Vend Raleigh Directory Member badge on the sidebar of their homepage. Love.)

For a year or so now we’ve been watching Kelly Phillips transition from full time corporate to full time entrepreneur. We celebrate with her that she is now free to spend 100%of her time working on what she loves most and well, be her own boss and create her own work environment. Her last day “on the job” was recorded on Facebook via pics and I’m so glad she made a blog post about it, An Entrepreneur’s Last Day at Work! See what she vows to NEVER do to her employees.

I’m not the only one that’s watched Frozen every single day since it came out on iTunes, am I?? Kristi of Kristi Kruse Photography shared a birthday party post that caught my eye. Her daughter had an amazing Frozen themed cake from Artylicious Cakes in Raleigh. You can take a several blogging tips from this post; a personal post mixed into professional posts allows your clients to connect with you, Frozen is a hot topic right now and great way to use that buzz to bring readers to your page (What’s hot that you can write about, the Oscars?), and she supports another Raleigh small business in the post! Be sure to look around Kristi’s site to see her wonderful maternity and newborn photography!
Chana Lynn over at Raleigh What’s Up attended a bloggers event at Big Mike’s BBQ at View Bar, food truck gone restaurant. As soon as I saw her post I knew we’d have to head over there for lunch this weekend. And we did. And it was good. Redneck Nachos, just say yes. What a great marketing idea to invite local bloggers to come to your location, give them a great experience and have them write about your biz! If you are brick and mortar, have you had a blogger event or have you ever considered one? Maybe we should ask one of our bloggers to give us tips to having a blogger event like this.
