Every week I create a Vend Raleigh Blog Round Up to feature several blog posts from you, our Vend Mompreneurs. It’s always a pleasure to see what you are up to, in your business and personal life. And I love showing you off! Snow was the theme last week no doubt and for those that wrote on the subject, your followers got a little glimpse into your homes. You included the fun parts and the not so fun parts. That’s where you connect with your readers and your brand gets personality, right?! (Am I following you? To be sure, leave a comment below!)
Kim of Kim O’Brien Photography gets personal about childhood memories and little girl snuggles and captures some precious moments in the snow with her family. Her photos are gorgeous! (Vend Raleigh Directory Member)
Kristen of Corporate Mama gives us an honest look into her snow days at home with her little ones in Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown. Corporate Mama gone Stay at Home Mama for three days says, “In theory, I am working from home. For the third day in a row. With 2 energetic, happy, adorable children. Did I mention energetic? I calculated this morning that I have made roughly 24 more meals than I normally would this week with all the snacks, full breakfast and lunch, etc. I don’t mind cooking and serving, but I did not realize how much of a SAHM’s day involves feeding of some sort. Like, wow.” (Vend Raleigh Directory Member)
Leigh of Hines Sight Blog introduces a new series Southern Sunday Tales, with a snow day photo a mom would understand all too well. (I too made some snow day videos and even posted our crazy on my personal Facebook page. What’s a locked up social media mom to do?!)

Thank you so much for sharing my blog on Vend Raleigh. I appreciate it. I love what you are doing with your own blog….and those snow photos are gorgeous by Kim. Wow!
Those are so great. Kim’s photography is gorgeous. I can so relate to Corporate Mama’s realization. I worked full time with my 3 kids up until 9 months ago. As a stay at home mom now, I feel like I easily spend 75% of my day in the kitchen either cooking, feeding, putting groceries away or cleaning up! I always love Leigh’s family posts too. Great Raleigh round-up, thanks for sharing!
