Grab 15 minute pockets of time to accomplish your “To-Do” list. You may not have a whole hour to get something done, but in 15 minute blocks of time you can make progress.

I make sure to save time by keeping a printed workflow near me that lists my tasks for day before, day of, day after. Keeps me on track so I don’t miss anything to ensure a great customer service. Also, if I can’t find something time gets lost. So I have to stay organized, no clutter. Everything has to have a home, so I can quickly find what I need.

  1. Great tips! I’m always looking for a more efficient way to tackle my day & still feel accomplished when I go to bed. Definitely going to try the “15 minute pocket of time” then treat myself afterwards! Great post!
